PHARMSTRONG WALL CLADDING STRUCTURES

Structures produced by Pharmstrong for cleanrooms include a modular Pharmstrong system on the basis of sandwich panels and finishing accessories made of zinc-plated steel and aluminium with a special polymer coating. The construction system includes wall panels, doors, windows, ceilings and rounding-off elements. Pharmstrong cleanrooms system is certified and it corresponds to all the sanitary and technology requirements in rooms designed for working in cleanrooms of all the cleanness classes.

 

Wall cladding structures of Pharmstrong system cleanrooms correspond to the following requirements:

 

  • They are designed, built and operated to provide relevant production operations 

     

  • They perform the enveloping-insulating functions for cleanrooms from the environment and from uncontrolled rooms as well as between the separate blocks of cleanrooms

     

  • They do not create pollution, emission of microparticles and microorganisms; avoid the accumulation of dust and static electricity.

     

  • They have smooth internal surfaces (walls, floors, ceilings, doors) with a minimum quantity of protruding parts and niches, they are impenetrable for liquids and air and they are easily accessible for washing and the antiseptic treatment.

     

  • They are easily assembled and disassembled for the cleanrooms re-planning, if necessary.
